[IMPORTANT] Data Transfer Guide

By linking your game data with your platform's app store account, you will be able to transfer data to a new device.

How to Link Your Account

＜STEP1＞Using the account you want to link, follow the path below to navigate to the Account Link screen.

On the title screen, tap the button on the top right of the screen, followed by "Account Management " > "Account Link".

＜STEP2＞Choose a linking method.

How to Log In with a Store Account on Your New Device

Step 1. Open Disney Pixel RPG on the new device you want to transfer your game data to and tap the button on the top right of the title screen.

Step 2. Tap "Account Management " > "Account Link".

Step 3. Select the account you linked with previously and log in to play with your linked data on the new device.

How to Transfer Data with a Recovery Code

Step 1. Inform us that you want to recover your data via "Support".
Our support desk will get back to you after confirming your identification to your email address with Recovery Code.
※We will be conducting your personal identification.
※Your request will take few days to a week.
※The Recovery Code has expiration date.

Step 2. Install and open Disney Pixel RPG on the device you want to transfer your data to.

Step 3.On the title screen, tap the button on the top right of the screen, followed by "Account Management " > "Recovery Code Entry".

Step 4.Enter the recovery code then tap the OK button.

Cautions When Transferring Data

・Please perform data transfers in an environment where you have a stable network connection.
・Please check the data transfer instructions on this page before proceeding.
・Please do not share with third parties or otherwise make public any information required to perform your data transfer.
・Please note that if you uninstall the app or delete your game data and start a new game before completing a data transfer, you will no longer be able to transfer and continue playing with the old data.
・Game data transferred will be current up to the most recent action made by your current ID that required communication with the server.
・If you've already started a new game on the device you want to transfer data to, you will need to uninstall the app from the new device then reinstall it and start the data transfer process over from the beginning.
*Please note that if you transfer data to a device that already has Disney Pixel RPG game data on it, that data will be overwritten.
