What kind of game is this?
Disney Pixel RPG is a mobile RPG featuring pixel art versions of Disney characters.
Various game worlds have been invaded by mysterious programs, and players will set out on a grand adventure with Disney characters to restore these worlds to normal!
Is the game free to play?
The app is free to download and can be played without making any purchases.
However, Red Crystals and Blue Crystals are available to help you progress.
*Blue Crystals can by earned from the tutorial, events, and as part of other in-game rewards, but Red Crystals are only available via purchase.
What are the device/OS requirements?
Disney Pixel RPG requires the following to be played.
iOS Devices: iOS 17.0 or newer
Android Devices: Android 9.0 or newer
Device must have at least 4.0 GB of memory available.
*The requirements above are for the version officially released for each OS.
*Some devices may not be able to play the game despite meeting the above requirements.
Do I need an internet connection?
Disney Pixel RPG is an online game requiring a stable internet connection.
Can I change the time displayed on my device?
Manually changing the time displayed on your device may cause inconsistencies in the game data, which can result in unexpected errors or game data becoming corrupted.
If game data is corrupted, your account (including any purchased items) will be unable to be restored.
Due to these concerns, we ask that you refrain from manually changing the time displayed on your device.
*Changes made to correct your time zone are not an issue.
Problems During Play
I'm having problems starting the game.
Please try the below:
■Restart
Please try restarting the app, and/or restarting your device.
■Check Connection
Please make sure you have a stable internet connection.
You can also try switching your connection from data to Wi-Fi or vice versa.
■Check OS
Please check to see if any updates are available for your device's OS and consider updating if you are not using the latest version.
■Check Device
Please check whether or not your device has been altered or is being used in ways not approved by the manufacturer.
Devices with such modifications or being used in such ways may not be able to run the game.
■Check Memory
Your device may not have enough memory to save the game files.
If this is the case, please clear some space on your device and try again.
If the issue still persists, contact our Support.
I can't install/update the game.
Please check your app store to see if a newer version exists.
If you see the option to update on the store page, please press the button and update the app.
If you are unable to successfully update, please try the below.
■Check Connection
Updating the app requires an internet connection.
Please make sure your connection is stable and try again.
■Check Memory
You may not have enough memory on your device or external memory to update the game.
Please check your available memory, and try again after clearing some space.
■If Using the Google Play Store
Please try clearing the store app's cache.
1. Go to the applications section of your device's settings.
2. Select Google Play Store from the list of applications.
3. Clear your cache from the cache options/menu.
*Please take care to not hit "Uninstall" when attempting to update the app.
*There may be some discrepancies regarding when released updates are available on different app stores/devices.
■If Using the App Store
Please update your App Store page.
1. In the upper right-hand corner of the App Store screen, tap the profile icon.
2. Drag the account screen down.
3. Please use the update all button to carry out all updates that are listed as available or soon to be carried out automatically, or use the update button next to Disney Pixel RPG.
It is also possible that the App Store or the iTunes Store may be experiencing issues.

I purchased an item but I haven't received it.
It may take some time for purchased items to appear in-game depending on your connection speed.
Please wait a while and check again, or try restarting your device.
*If your purchase is not reflected, please check the purchase history of your Apple/Google account before trying the above.
*If your purchase appears in your purchase history but is still not reflected in the game, please contact our Support.
An error message appeared while I was trying to purchase an item, and I could not complete the purchase.
Please try the below.
■Restart the App
Please try restarting Disney Pixel RPG.
■Check Connection
Please make sure you have a stable internet connection.
You can also try switching your connection from data to Wi-Fi or vice versa.
If the error continues to appear despite trying the above, please take a screenshot showing the error message and contact contact our Support.

How do I see details about my crystals?
You can view the details of the paid Red Crystals and free Blue Crystals you own by tapping the button on the bottom left of the screen and going to "Other" > "Account Management" > "View Crystals".
*Your free Blue Crystals will be consumed first.
What's "ID"?
Your ID is an important piece of information that is tied to your game data.
Each account has a ID.
IDs can be used to search for friends or contact support.
You can find your ID by tapping the Avatar icon at the top left of the screen to see your profile.
Can you tell me about inquiry codes?
Inquiry codes proofs that you are the owner of this game data
This code will be used when inquiring and only the owner can acquire the information.
Please do not share your inquiry codes with others.
You can confirm from the left bottom button > "Other" > "Inquires".
I sent an inquiry, but I haven't gotten a response.
Below are the possibilities
・Busy with inquiries and late replying.
・Email addresses are not correct.
・If your account is not set to receive emails from "@gungho.jp", you may not receive our messages.
