Disney Pixel RPG is designed to be a game where many users can enjoy playing together.
Please observe the same manners you would in any public space and be considerate of others.
If a player of Disney Pixel RPG is determined to be in violation of the game's rules, they may be subject to penalties, including the suspension of their account.
Please carefully read the information below about prohibited behaviors before playing.

Engaging In or Promoting the Abuse of Bugs Is Prohibited

When playing any game, it is possible that certain actions will not produce the intended results due to a bug.
If you discover a bug, we ask that you do not attempt to use it for your own gain or share it with others, and that you immediately report it to the management team.
Intentionally triggering known bugs is prohibited.
If such behavior is determined to have happened, your account may be suspended without compensation and further legal action may be taken against you.

Real Money Trading Is Prohibited

Trading game data for real money or other assets (RMT) is prohibited the Common Terms of Use for Applications as it can be connected to criminal behavior, such as scamming.
If game data is determined to have been involved in RMT, strict penalties will be enforced, and the data in question will be suspended.
GungHo bears no responsibility for any loss that occurs as a result of RMT.

Impersonating Management Is Prohibited

Remarks, actions, or the registration of names that imply you are a member of GungHo or the game management team may lead to various issues and are therefore prohibited.

Spreading False Information Is Prohibited

Spreading false information in an attempt to manipulate or distress other players is prohibited.
Information released online can spread quickly to a wide audience, so please do not share any information that is unable to be confirmed as true.

Modifying Data or Using Unauthorized Programs Is Prohibited

Modifying the game or connection data to gain an advantage, or using programs outside of Disney Pixel RPG to alter the workings of the game is prohibited.

Other acts of tampering and cheating are also prohibited.

Please also make sure to review the prohibited actions stipulated in the Common Terms of Use for Applications that you agreed to before starting to play the game.

Inquiries Regarding What Is Considered Prohibited Behavior

We are unable to answer inquiries about whether certain specific actions will incur penalties.
Please do not engage in any behavior you think may be in violation of the rules as you enjoy Disney Pixel RPG.

Penalties for Violations

If your account is determined to be in violation of the rules, strict penalties will be enforced, such as the suspension of your game data.
If your game data is suspended, you will be unable to continue playing with that account, so please take care to abide by the Terms of Service.
